Agent Customer Service [m/f/d]

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and preparing our Losch workshops, primarily by telephone, email and online.
• You will coordinate appointments and contribute to the optimal management of workshop capacity utilisation.
• You will offer our customers assistance and support them with your advice.
• You will ensure transparent communication between customers and the car dealership.
• You will enter customer and vehicle data into the IT system.
• You will send appointment reminders by email and text message.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Technical understanding is an advantage – but can be learned
• You have a strong passion for cars and the important topic of mobility today and tomorrow
• You are a talented communicator and team player
• You have an independent, organised and goal-oriented way of working
• You have a clear customer focus and an above-average service mentality
• You maintain a professional manner on the telephone, with email and various other media
• You have very good knowledge of French and German, as well as good knowledge of English; Luxembourgish is an advantage
