To strengthen our existing team at Garage M. Losch Bonnevoie, we are currently looking for a:

Back Office Assistant – Vehicle Registration [m/f/d]

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for vehicle management and the allocation of new cars
  • You will handle appointment scheduling and tracking, as well as compiling vehicle documents for registration
  • You will register vehicles with the authorities and order number plates
  • You will check the COC documents
  • You will support the sales team with general administrative tasks

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the automotive sector
  • You have a strong passion for cars and the broader topic of mobility, both today and tomorrow
  • You work independently, are organised and goal-oriented, and are a true team player
  • You have excellent knowledge of German, French and Luxembourgish; knowledge of English is an advantage
