To strengthen our Group After-Sales team at Losch Import, based in Howald, we are looking for a:

Back Office Employee – Customer Service [m/f/d]
Fixed-term contract (6 months)

The Back Office Employee – Customer Service is responsible for handling orders, coordinating appointments, and managing customer communication from order intake (including the preparation of cost estimates) through to invoicing and vehicle handover. He/she acts as the interface between the workshop and customers and ensures the management and updating of customer data in order to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction within the service workshop.

Your responsibilities:
 
  • Personal and telephone support of private and business customers, as well as partner dealerships;
  • Scheduling and coordination of workshop and service appointments;
  • Handling of insurance claims;
  • Creation of repair orders and cost estimates, including coordination with insurance companies and fleet customers;
  • Management of invoicing;
  • Processing of warranty and statutory warranty cases;
  • Close collaboration with service advisors and the workshop manager;
  • Continuous updating and maintenance of customer data in internal systems;
  • Providing customers with information on repair costs, scope of work, and the product range;
  • Ensuring complete and accurate documentation of all business transactions.

Your Profile
  • Degree in administration or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ideally experience with digital administrative processes
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and structured work approach
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Willingness to embrace change – we aim to develop our department together for greater efficiency and future orientation!
  • Fluent in German and French or English; Luxembourgish is an asset
