We’re looking for you!

In the back office at Volkswagen Losch Financial Services (VWLFS), you’ll share responsibility for all tasks relating to finance and accounting. You’ll work independently as part of a motivated, young team and ensure that everything runs smoothly within your assigned area of responsibility.

Your tasks
  • You ensure timely and accurate invoicing in compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting deadlines
  • You manage the Accounts Receivable function, including the posting of incoming payments and the regular reconciliation of customer accounts
  • You monitor outstanding receivables and carry out dunning and debt collection activities
  • You handle bad debt cases and collection procedures in close cooperation with the credit insurance provider
  • You manage repayment agreements and are responsible for processing and coordinating customer refunds
  • You review, process, and implement contract amendments as well as customer master data updates
  • You serve as a key point of contact for customers, internal departments, and external partners, particularly the credit insurance provider
  • You maintain and monitor direct debit mandates and customer master data, ensuring their accuracy and quality
  • You actively contribute to projects aimed at improving and optimizing business processes, helping to enhance the efficiency of the credit and receivables management function

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training, a university degree, or hold a comparable qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience (1–3 years) in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit Management, Customer Service, or Finance
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and work in a meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented manner
  • You are a confident and effective communicator with strong negotiation skills and a collaborative team spirit
  • You are a proactive and reliable individual who enjoys taking responsibility and can work both independently and as part of a team
  • A high level of accountability, accuracy, and commitment comes naturally to you
  • You possess excellent French and German language skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English is an advantage, and Luxembourgish is considered an additional asset
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
