Back Office Employee – Car Distribution [m/f/d]

To further develop our Car Distribution department, we are looking for a motivated addition to our Back Office team.

Are you organized, proactive, and able to keep an overview even in complex situations? Join our Car Distribution Back Office team and bring your structured and solution-oriented approach to the management and administration of our vehicle logistics.
As part of a committed team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape processes related to vehicle management and contribute to the success of our department.

Your Responsibilities
  • Administrative management of vehicle logistics: Coordinate the entire vehicle logistics process, including creating key documents (e.g., certificates of conformity, tax stickers) and acting as the main contact for partners regarding new vehicle deliveries.
  • Coordination of vehicle movements: Organize transport, prepare orders (commissioning), and handle dealer requests for stock or display vehicles.
  • Partner service: Manage various administrative requests and handle invoicing for logistics services.
  • Claims management: Process transport and storage damage as well as claims related to fleet management.
  • Fleet management: Ensure timely provision of all documents required for vehicle registration, maintain reporting and documentation, and manage reservations and handovers of vehicles.
  • Close collaboration: Work closely with marketing, disposition, brands, and dealerships.


Your Profile
  • Degree in administration or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ideally experience with digital administrative processes
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and structured work approach
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • Willingness to embrace change – we aim to develop our department together for greater efficiency and future orientation!
  • Fluent in German and French or English; Luxembourgish is an asset
