To strengthen our Losch Academy team, we are looking for:

Back Office Employee [m/f/d]

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage participants in the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain a clear overview
  • Send training invitations and ensure smooth execution of sessions
  • Support trainers in organizing and planning training sessions
  • Create, manage, and regularly update training needs plans to anticipate development requirements
  • Maintain close and collaborative communication with our partners
  • Manage and update training documents, ensuring all materials are always up to date
  • Check, allocate, record, and archive invoices
  • Actively participate in projects and contribute ideas to optimize processes
  • Support the Losch Academy team in all administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations


Your Profile
  • Completed commercial training (e.g., office clerk or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently, in an organized and goal-oriented manner, while keeping an overview even during busy periods
  • Strong team communication skills, proactive involvement, and contribution to positive collaboration
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Fluent in German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is an asset
  • Passion for the automotive industry and interest in today’s and tomorrow’s mobility – a real plus for this position
