Your Responsibilities
- General administrative support for the After-Sales department.
- Administration of After-Sales systems through internal user management.
- Verification, accounting allocation, entry, validation, and archiving of invoices for the After-Sales department.
- Invoicing and allocation of receivables from service partners and external clients.
- Preparation of receivables for internal departments.
- Management and drafting of correspondence.
- Support for After-Sales projects.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or administrative training (or equivalent).
- Works independently, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Enjoys communication and team involvement.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is an asset.
