Backoffice Parts Employee [m/f/d]

Your Responsibilities
  • General administrative support for the After-Sales department.
  • Administration of After-Sales systems through internal user management.
  • Verification, accounting allocation, entry, validation, and archiving of invoices for the After-Sales department.
  • Invoicing and allocation of receivables from service partners and external clients.
  • Preparation of receivables for internal departments.
  • Management and drafting of correspondence.
  • Support for After-Sales projects.

Your Profile
  • Completed commercial or administrative training (or equivalent).
  • Works independently, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Enjoys communication and team involvement.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluent in German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is an asset.
