Your Responsibilities
- Review and monitor all invoicing activities within the After-Sales department
- Verify and prepare invoices related to warranty claims and warranty orders
- Collaborate professionally with Service Advisors, Workshop Managers, and the Accounting Department
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and processes
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field
- Ideally, initial relevant experience in after-sales invoicing within an automotive workshop environment
- Independent, organized, and goal-oriented working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High level of flexibility and resilience
- Very good command of Luxembourgish, German, and French
