Your Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely planning and execution of repair orders.
- Manage the entire body shop team.
- Plan staff capacities and the use of company facilities/tools.
- Integrate new employees, lead and guide your team, and foster a positive working environment.
- Identify process and quality gaps and propose constructive solutions.
- Provide support and assistance with inspections, diagnostics, or complex repairs.
- Organize accident repairs and re-equipment work, as well as damage assessments in collaboration with insurance experts.
- Monitor and control your team’s work processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Your Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in a body shop repair environment.
- Works independently, in an organized and proactive manner.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of German or French.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
