As a CarFit Advisor, you’re right at the heart of the action:
- You’re the main contact for our customers, discussing their needs and the work to be done on their vehicles.
- You ensure top quality and full customer satisfaction.
- You highlight our services and products to further inspire and delight our clients.
- You are open, communicative, meticulous, conscientious, and quality-oriented in everything you do.
Your detailed tasks
- Act as the primary contact for our customers and create service orders.
- Enter customer and vehicle data digitally in the CarFit ID system.
- Conduct consultation and sales discussions.
- Plan and manage workshop appointments and capacities.
- Ensure the supply of spare parts and accessories.
- Handle accident damage cases and insurance processing.
- Perform quality checks and prepare vehicles for return to customers.
- Prepare and explain invoices.
- Continuously review and optimize all processes.
- Work closely with the communications department and other internal teams.
