As a Digital Communication Officer, you are responsible for the digital communication of the Losch Luxembourg brand. You will actively contribute to the company’s online presence and implement digital marketing initiatives that strengthen both brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Your missions
- Develop and implement a multichannel social media strategy for the importer’s brands and Losch Luxembourg (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
- Create engaging content about vehicles, services, events, and company news
- Manage the community and actively interact with followers and partners
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to support commercial activities and enhance the Losch Luxembourg brand
- Coordinate digital marketing agencies and external service providers
- Analyze user behavior and derive actionable optimization measures
Your profile
- Degree in communication, marketing, media, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in digital communication, ideally in the automotive or retail sector
- Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling around products and brands
- Analytical skills and experience in KPI management and reporting
- Excellent command of German, English, and French, both spoken and written; Luxembourgish is considered an asset
