Your responsibilities
- Provide theoretical and practical driving lessons, teaching driving techniques, traffic rules, and safety awareness
- Use modern teaching methods and optimally prepare students through mock exams
- Support and encourage students individually, document their progress, and maintain proactive communication for questions or additional support
- Organize appointments, communicate with students and their parents, acting as their primary point of contact
- Actively contribute to the development of our driving school with ideas for more effective teaching, optimized processes, and improved customer service
- Participate in events and marketing activities and represent our driving school externally
Your profile
- Certified driving instructor, qualified to teach both theoretical and practical courses
- Enjoy teaching, patient, and empathetic with diverse student profiles
- Clear and open communicator with students, colleagues, parents, and stakeholders
- Work independently and in an organized manner, focusing on productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to professional development
- Service-oriented and professional attitude to ensure student satisfaction and loyalty
- You are fluent in at least two of the following languages: Luxembourgish, German, French, English
