Executive Assistant [m/f/d]
Your Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks such as general assistance tasks, coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, etc.
- Organizing and taking minutes of internal and external meetings as well as managing the calendar.
- Providing support in the preparation of documentation for meetings
- Managing, organizing and optimizing work processes
- Working closely with staff and ensuring that processes run smoothly and that internal guidelines are respected
- Ensuring and coordinating communication between different departments of the company
- Ensuring the interface with the various shareholders and service providers of the company
- Supporting and participating in special tasks and projects
Your Qualifications
- Degree in office or project management or comparable business degree
- Preferably first work experience in a similar position in the assistance segment or in project work
- Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Teams as well as confident handling of the other MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for working with people
- Motivation and personal commitment as well as a high affinity for IT
- Autonomous and reliable working attitude as well as strong analytical skills
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and French, English and Luxembourgish desirable
