Your tasks
- Independently schedule customer appointments (mainly by phone) for vehicle deliveries, carried out by the sales representative
- Coordinate and organize the vehicle preparation service (PDI) and cleaning before delivery to the customer
- Coordinate any modification or conversion work before the vehicle is handed over
- Arrange payment terms with the customer prior to vehicle delivery
- Provide the required information to leasing companies and manage the related vehicle and customer files
- Prepare vehicle documents and hand them over to the sales representative on the day of delivery
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably in the automotive or administrative sector
- Ideally, initial professional experience in a call center or similar position
- Strong passion for the automotive industry and the evolving field of mobility
- Independent, precise, and customer-oriented working style
- Good numerical understanding and analytical mindset
- Strong team spirit, excellent communication, and outstanding organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent command of German, French, Luxembourgish, and English
