Head of Talent Acquisition and Development [m/f/d]

Your Responsibilities
  • You lead and inspire a team of highly motivated professionals in Recruitment and Talent Development with a clear vision, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • You act as a trusted sparring partner to Management, the HR Director, and the Board of Management by delivering innovative talent management solutions closely aligned with our corporate strategy and business objectives.
  • You ensure long-term success by strategically overseeing Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Retention.
  • You shape the future by working closely with leaders and HR colleagues to identify critical capabilities required for business success and by developing strategies to close potential skills gaps.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving sustainable engagement across all talent management initiatives.
  • You foster a strong learning culture by designing and implementing innovative training programs and promoting continuous learning throughout the organization.
  • You enhance employee engagement and satisfaction by developing and executing comprehensive strategies for motivation, retention, and engagement.
  • You evaluate and continuously improve talent initiatives by leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to measure effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.

Your Profile
  • You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Talent Development, Employment Law, or a related field.
  • You bring at least 10 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • You have proven experience in designing and implementing Talent Management and Talent Acquisition programs.
  • You demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills and are able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from employees and managers to executive leadership.
  • You possess solid knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, payroll taxation, and social security regulations.
  • You combine strong conceptual and analytical skills with a quick grasp of complex challenges and the ability to translate strategy into action.
  • You show high emotional intelligence, empathy, and sensitivity, and are able to balance and represent the shared interests and values of both management and employees.
  • You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner, even under pressure, while maintaining a clear overview at all times.
  • You are fluent in German and French; knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or English is an advantage.
