You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and act as a key point of contact for specialists and managers across the Losch Group. You identify talents, build sustainable networks, and actively position Losch Luxembourg as an attractive employer.

You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and act as a key point of contact for specialists and managers across the Losch Group. You identify talents, build sustainable networks, and actively position Losch Luxembourg as an attractive employer.
Your Responsibilities
- You manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from workforce planning and active sourcing to candidate selection and successful hiring
- You act as the central point of contact for hiring managers as well as internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment process
- You create, publish, and manage job postings across relevant channels
- You oversee the selection process, from in-depth profile analysis to the professional presentation of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
- You conduct structured and professional interviews in close collaboration with hiring managers
- You advise on hiring decisions and prepare all employment-related documentation, from administrative records to contract creation
- You support and coordinate internal and external recruitment and mobility processes
- You strengthen the Losch Group’s employer brand through active participation in job fairs, school visits, and career events
- You contribute to HR projects and continuously develop modern, future-oriented recruitment and employer branding strategies
Your Profile
- You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field
- You have initial professional experience in recruitment
- You demonstrate a strong affinity for digital recruiting tools and modern selection methods
- You have knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and employment legislation
- You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner
- You stand out through strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a positive professional presence
- You demonstrate a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset
- You are fluent in French, German, and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage
