Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT and digitalization projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to successful go-live.
- Analyze, capture, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with business departments.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities within existing business processes and drive automation initiatives.
- Develop functional and technical solution concepts with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Coordinate and manage external IT service providers, software vendors, and project partners.
- Plan, execute, and support testing activities, user acceptance tests (UAT), system implementations, and rollouts.
- Support end users through training sessions, documentation, and active guidance during change processes.
- Take responsibility for change, release, and incident management processes and drive the continuous improvement of existing applications.
- Contribute to the further development of the IT system landscape, including the integration of new applications and interfaces.
- Prepare project reports and management presentations, while ensuring regular communication with relevant stakeholders
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, IT consulting, business analysis, or application management.
- Proven experience in planning, supporting, and implementing IT and digitalization projects, as well as collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a solid understanding of complex business processes.
- Experience in managing and coordinating external service providers.
- Basic understanding of IT architectures, authorization and role concepts, as well as IT security and compliance requirements.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a high level of initiative and accountability.
- Experience in change and release management is an asset.
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality.
- Strong team player with a profound willingness to take ownership and drive decisions forward.
- Interest in digital financial services, mobility, and innovative technologies.
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of a second official Luxembourg language (German or French).
