To strengthen our Cuber team in Kockelscheuer, we are currently looking for a:

Project Manager [m/f/d]

Your main responsibilities:

• You will actively drive forward the strategic goals of Cube 4T8 by independently designing and implementing projects.
• You will implement cross-departmental ideas and concept projects, mostly in a digital environment, and clarify technical and commercial framework conditions both internally and externally

In doing so, you will support the team in all other project management tasks:

• Time, investment and resource planning
• Project monitoring and quality assurance
• Development and implementation of PoCs and derivation of all requirements and necessary competencies or roles of the MVP team
• Ensuring smooth cooperation with customers and partners as well as internal Losch interfaces
• Analysis of (market) potential and competition as well as possible cooperation partners
• Customer-centred development of business models including business cases
• Designing and ensuring the complete transfer of the created MVPs to the operationalisation and scaling phase
• Developing a ‘fit for market’ and ‘establishment in market’ strategy for the MVP

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on business development, economics, industrial engineering, (information) technology or similar
• You have an affinity for IT and ideally have (technical) expertise in the areas of digitalisation or e-mobility
• You have initial experience in project management, product development and related methodological knowledge
• Your experience in the application of Scrum and agile project management processes as well as CANVAS and other business model development processes is an advantage
• You impress with your strong communication skills paired with assertiveness and a friendly manner
• You have the will to implement ideas
• You work in a structured, analytical and independent manner
• You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
• You have very good German and English skills, French and Luxembourgish skills are an advantage
