Your Tasks
- You will work closely with the technical advisors from other departments.
- You provide competent and personalized advice to our visitors and clients.
- You understand customer requests and determine their real needs in order to find an appropriate solution and meet customer expectations.
- You welcome clients and organize the initial contact between the client and the technical advisor.
- You are familiar with and can present the garage and its various services in a convincing and impeccable manner.
- You are responsible for updating customer data in the different databases.
- You coordinate the availability of replacement vehicles during vehicle repairs.
- You facilitate collaboration between sales staff and technical advisors by being the first point of contact for clients.
Your Profile
- You work independently, carefully, and with a strong focus on customer needs.
- You have a clear customer focus and a service-oriented mindset above the average.
- You possess strong team spirit, communication skills, and an outstanding sense of organization.
- You have a strong passion for the automotive industry and mobility trends of today and tomorrow.
- You are fluent in German, French, and Luxembourgish. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
