Your Responsibilities
- Identify skill needs and develop training strategies based on national and brand-specific requirements
- Plan and manage the training budget and all qualification measures for all brands, ensuring efficiency, impact, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate training schedules and guarantee flawless implementation in line with established guidelines
- Analyze key performance indicators to continuously improve training actions
- Monitor training quality and qualification levels, deriving necessary actions
- Collaborate closely with importer brands to ensure consistent qualification across the market
- Lead and develop your team of trainers with passion, leveraging individual strengths
- Contribute creative ideas to enrich our training offer and ensure content updates on Servicenet and HSO
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical education, ideally in the automotive sector
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably within the VW Group environment, with proven ability to motivate teams and manage projects
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg automotive market and brand-specific training and qualification processes
- Passion for training, learning, and development, with the ability to inspire others
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a hands-on approach
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style, remaining calm under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital tools in daily work
- Fluent in German and English, with good knowledge of French
