Your Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Sales and the sales team in their daily activities
- Handle sales files and ensure accurate data management and updates for customer records
- Assist in preparing offers, contracts, and delivery documents
- Represent our dealership and brands professionally, warmly, and dynamically
- Act as a reliable point of contact for customers and showroom visitors
- Contribute to planning, preparation, and organization of internal and external events, including dealer events
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, initial relevant experience as a sales assistant, preferably in the automotive sector
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Strong service mindset and customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
- Enjoy teamwork and actively contribute to collaboration
- Genuine passion for classic cars and good knowledge in this area
- Very good command of German, French, and Luxembourgish; English is an asset
