- You will be responsible for the financial performance of the sales department and the associated services.
- You will ensure that turnover and sales targets are met in line with the company’s growth strategy.
- You will be responsible for developing the sales department’s potential.
- You will lead the sales team with confidence and a focus on objectives by setting clear targets and monitoring their implementation through consistent monitoring using key performance indicators and defined processes.
- You will ensure the profitability of your department.
- You will ensure the smooth running of the sales department in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector.
- You have relevant professional experience in the automotive sector or in a commercial environment.
- You enjoy leading and motivating staff and are solution-oriented.
- You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills.
- You possess strong business management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, a clear customer focus and flexibility are desirable.
- You speak German fluently. A good knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or French would be an advantage.
