In the Back Office at Volkswagen Losch Financial Services (VWLFS), you will be jointly responsible for all tasks related to business analysis and the further development of the existing system landscape. You will work independently in a motivated, young team and ensure smooth operations in your assigned area.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Back Office operations at VWLFS with a focus on Controlling and Risk Management;
- Analyze and optimize business processes in the Back Office and across different departments;
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports);
- Analyze KPIs and derive strategic recommendations;
- Perform variance analyses and ad-hoc analyses to support management decisions;
- Enhance internal and external reporting and develop calculation models to effectively support daily operations;
- Monitor data flows and assist with data modeling;
- Act as a point of contact for Controlling and Risk Management topics for internal and external partners as well as for shareholders (Volkswagen Financial Services AG Braunschweig and Losch Luxembourg);
- Participate in strategic projects and digitalization initiatives.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economic Computer Science, or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector with a focus on leasing or in financial institutions;
- Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business and economic factors
- Confident handling of financial figures and proficiency in analysis tools;
- Excellent Excel skills (including VBA) and proficiency in MS Office programs;
- Knowledge of M (Power Query Formula Language) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions);
- Understanding of data architectures, relational database models, and data analysis;
- Advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports, databases, and Business Intelligence is an advantage;
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a high degree of self-initiative
- Strong communication skills and high interest in working in a team;
- Excellent German and English skills, French and Luxembourgish are desirable.
