Your tasks
- You will advise and support the HR Director and General Services in taking operational and strategic decisions/measures
- You will lead HR projects and develop new cross-functional HR initiatives
- You will play an active role in developing the HR management strategy, corporate culture and efficient HR processes
- You will use and analyse key HR figures to promote retention measures and increase employee satisfaction
- In collaboration with two other HR Business Partners, you will act as an interface between all the company's departments and the HR department
- You will provide pragmatic and competent advice to the various departments on their personnel management issues (workforce planning, recruitment, staff development, HRIS, salaries, etc.). .)
- You will analyse and summarise the needs of sites and employees, in order to develop appropriate and effective solutions in collaboration with the HR team.
Your profile
- You have a university degree with a specialisation in human resources, personnel development or employment law
- You ideally have 7 to 10 years' professional experience in an HR department.
- A thorough knowledge of Luxembourg labour law, tax law and social security law is required.
- You understand the strategic challenges of human resources management and represent HR as a strategic partner.
- You have excellent conceptual and analytical skills, combined with a rapid understanding of
- You have strong social skills, empathy and sensitivity, while promoting the common interest between management and employees.
- You work independently and in an organised manner, while respecting time constraints.
- You are fluent in French and German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and English is considered an asset.
