- Manage vehicle reception, including customer dialogue.
- Handle service order intake and processing.
- Prepare cost estimates.
- Prepare and explain invoices.
- Track parts orders.
- Ensure quality control and prepare vehicles for handover.
- Prepare warranties and goodwill claims.
- Actively sell service packages and original accessories.
- Offer mobility solutions.
- Plan vehicle entries and exits.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training, preferably in a car dealership.
- Strong passion for automobiles and current and future mobility trends.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Work independently, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Above-average quality and customer focus.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of German and French.
