To strengthen our existing team at Used Cars by Losch, we are looking for a:

Service Advisor [m/f/d]

Your Tasks
 

• You manage vehicle reception, including joint reception with the customer (dialogue reception)
• You handle order intake and create service orders
• You prepare cost estimates
• You create and explain invoices to customers
• You follow up on parts orders
• You are responsible for quality control and preparing vehicles for return to customers
• You prepare warranty and goodwill cases
• You actively sell service products and genuine accessories
• You offer suitable mobility solutions
• You plan and coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures

• You have completed training in the automotive sector or hold a commercial/administrative qualification
• You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position – ideally in a car dealership
• You work independently, in an organized manner, and with a strong results orientation
• You demonstrate an above-average commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
• You possess strong teamwork and communication skills
• You have very good command of French and German; knowledge of English and Luxembourgish is considered an asset
