Your Responsibilities
- Sell parts to internal, external, and commercial clients.
- Receive, inspect, and organize merchandise.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and follow up on orders and prepare materials for the workshop.
- Create quotes and invoices.
- Assist clients and respond to their needs.
- Maintain a clean and attractive logistics area.
- Contribute to achieving quantitative and qualitative objectives in parts and logistics.
- Know and adhere to existing processes (manufacturer, brand, importer, dealer).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with workshop managers.
Your Profile
- Completed CATP/DAP training as a storekeeper or in a commercial field.
- Prior relevant experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of automotive technology and parts.
- Strong passion for the automotive industry and modern mobility solutions.
- Structured, organized, and problem-solving oriented.
- Customer-oriented with strong client focus.
- Enjoys teamwork and has good communication skills.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Fluent in German; knowledge of French and Luxembourgish is an asset.
