Your Responsibilities
- Sell parts and accessories to professional and private clients.
- Manage supply, purchasing, storage, and distribution of parts.
- Monitor and follow up on orders.
- Ensure timely supply of parts for the workshop.
- Prepare quotes and invoices.
- Provide customer service tailored to client needs and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the logistics area and showcase products effectively in the store.
- Contribute to achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives of the Parts & Logistics department.
- Follow existing processes and directives (group, brand, importer, dealership).
- Collaborate and communicate regularly with workshop managers.
Your Profile
- CATP/DAP qualification in commercial or technical field.
- Prior relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of automotive technology and parts management.
- Genuine passion for automobiles and modern mobility solutions.
- Structured, autonomous, and results-oriented work style.
- Strong team spirit, communication skills, and customer service mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluent in German; knowledge of French and Luxembourgish is an asset.
