Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate planning and processing of repair orders within deadlines.
- Integrate new employees, lead and guide your team, and create a positive working environment.
- Identify process and quality deviations and propose constructive solutions.
- Provide support and assistance with inspections, diagnostics, or complex repairs.
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics of all kinds.
Your Profile
- You have 3–5 years of experience in a workshop.
- You work independently, in an organized and proactive manner.
- You have strong communication skills and a solid team spirit.
- You are flexible and able to handle stress.
- You have good knowledge of German or French.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
