Your Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate planning and timely processing of repair orders
- Integrate new employees, lead and guide your team, and create a positive work environment
- Identify process and quality gaps and propose constructive solutions
- Provide support and assistance with inspections, diagnostics, or complex repairs
- Perform general maintenance, repair work, and various diagnostics
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a workshop environment
- Independent, organized, and proactive work style
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Good command of German or French; knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an asset
