Your Responsibilities
- Take functional and organizational responsibility for the HR Payroll team in daily and operational activities.
- Ensure smooth execution and timely payment of salaries.
- Submit all payroll-related declarations to authorities and external partners (ADEM, CNS, Direct Tax Administration, CCSS, etc.) on time.
- Support the development of your team, encourage skills growth, and ensure clear daily task allocation.
- Implement the Compensation & Benefits strategy in close collaboration with your team.
- Monitor legal developments and ensure their rapid integration into the payroll process.
- Manage administrative processes related to employee entries, exits, transfers, and promotions, including complete documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for managers and employees on all payroll and HR administration matters.
- Actively participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes.
Your Profile
- Degree or training in administrative/HR fields and/or at least five years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong payroll expertise and ideally some prior team leadership experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, tax, social security regulations, and payroll rules.
- Structured, precise, and reliable work style – discretion is a given.
- Clear communicator with empathy, fostering a positive team climate.
- Fluent in German and French; knowledge of English and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
