Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices and credit notes for new vehicles, as well as incentives, bonuses, TKS and other billing-related transactions with dealers and fleet partners.
- Monitor and control vehicle inventories at dealerships, the importer, and MED and EXPO vehicle stocks.
- Act as the main point of contact for dealers regarding vehicle allocation, ordering and supply-related inquiries.
- Maintain, monitor and update AE and AAK data, including the corresponding system administration tasks.
- Prepare, analyze and distribute dealer stock reports and carry out inventory control activities.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the brand operations team.
- Ensure data accuracy and support reporting and control processes.
- Work closely with internal departments, dealers and external business partners.
- Successfully completed commercial or administrative training (or equivalent qualification).
- Independent, detail-oriented and customer-focused working style.
- Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of German and French.
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
