Your Responsibilities
- You monitor and optimize after-sales activities with a focus on continuous improvement, premium quality, and customer loyalty
- You lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team (service advisors, assistants, billing/quality)
- You ensure an exemplary customer experience by delivering a flawless reception, efficient handling of inquiries and complaints, and a high level of customer satisfaction
- You ensure quality and performance by analyzing KPIs (NPS, complaints, lead times, etc.), optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with Losch, ISO, and manufacturer standards
- You implement the after-sales strategy, coordinate cross-departmental and multi-site initiatives, and ensure profitability and operational efficiency
- You drive business development by promoting additional sales (packages, accessories, services) and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- As a customer- and results-oriented leader, you combine strategic foresight with operational excellence in an environment where quality makes the difference
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training in the automotive sector, ideally with a master craftsman certificate or a technician qualification
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position with managerial responsibility
- You have strong knowledge of service organization and core service processes
- You have a strong passion for automobiles and the broader topic of mobility today and tomorrow, combined with an above-average entrepreneurial mindset
- You possess excellent analytical and organizational skills and work independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner
- You stand out for strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and assertiveness, combined with a positive and professional demeanor
- You have very good command of German, French, and English
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage
