CUPRA Master (Sales Consultant) [m/f/d]

Your tasks

• You will provide existing and new customers with excellent service and leave them with unforgettable memories of your advice, both during and after the sale
• You will build personal relationships with customers and always be their first point of contact
• You openly ask about the needs, interests and motivations of customers and get to know their lifestyle
• You argue and convince customers with suitable offers and advantages, taking into account the type of customer and their objections
• You accompany the customer as they get to know the vehicle
• You collect customer feedback via calls or surveys in order to develop and improve your service quality
• You actively promote sales via online and offline channels
• You build brand awareness and live and spread the passion for the CUPRA style
• You increase brand and dealer awareness through social media, events and online presence
• You keep yourself and your customers up to date on brand and product news

Your profile

• You have completed secondary education
• You have proven experience in a customer service environment
• You are familiar with the brand's models, values and attitudes
• You are courageous, passionate and have a proactive attitude to life
• You have excellent communication skills, both digital and face-to-face
• You have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and mobility
• You are flexible, resilient and sociable, and are willing to undergo regular further training
• You have a valid driving licence
• You have a very good knowledge of German and French; Luxembourgish and English are an advantage
