Warranty Specialist [m/f/d]

Your Responsibilities
Management of Warranty and Damage Claims
  • Coordinating and reimbursing all eligible warranty claims, including manufacturer mobility warranty
  • Reviewing warranty and damage claim applications in accordance with importer and manufacturer requirements
  • Regular monitoring of goodwill budgets of service partners and the importer
  • Reviewing service partners’ claim labor positions
  • Actively and qualitatively monitoring service partner claims with regard to breakdown cases, repeat repairs, customer satisfaction, and long-term quality
  • Managing the warranty system, including user and system administration
  • Following up on action items from manufacturer warranty audits based on efficiency assessments
  • Processing and coordinating goodwill applications in accordance with specified parameters, rules, and guidelines

Handling Field Actions and Recall Campaigns
  • Coordinating and communicating field actions and recall campaigns
  • Coordinating and communicating reimbursements and monitoring completion rates of specific field actions
  • Managing field actions in compliance with manufacturer instructions
  • Implementing processing guidelines, work instructions, template letters, and communication standards
  • Establishing all necessary prerequisites for handling field measures in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Distributing all campaign documents and information prior to the launch of a field measure
  • Organizing customer notification letters for affected vehicles in the local market
  • Regular monitoring of processing and completion statuses

Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training in the automotive sector (or comparable qualification)
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Independent, well-organized, and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High level of sociability and customer orientation
  • Very good knowledge of German, French, and English
  • Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered an advantage
