- Plan resource allocation.
- Resolve all types of malfunctions.
- Manage special projects.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the workshop team.
- Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness in the workshop.
Your Profile
- Complete technical training in the automotive sector.
- Master craftsman certification in the automotive field is desirable.
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, particularly in dealership service operations.
- Experience in a management role as a workshop manager in a dealership.
- Knowledge of workshop scheduling, appointments, and performance indicators/KPIs.
- Familiarity with common service-related software applications.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- Quick-witted, flexible, and available.
- Strong teamwork and social skills.
