After-Sales Service Advisor – Commercial Vehicles [m/f/d]
Your Tasks
- Vehicle reception, including customer dialogue.
- Reception and preparation of service assignments.
- Preparation of cost estimates.
- Preparation and explanation of invoices.
- Follow-up on parts orders.
- Quality checks and preparation of vehicle handover.
- Preparation of warranty claims.
- Active sale of services and original accessories.
- Providing mobility solutions.
- Planning vehicle entries and exits.
Your Profile
- You have completed CATP/DAP training as an automotive mechatronics technician, or training in an administrative field.
- You have some professional experience in a similar role.
- You are autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- You enjoy working in a team.
- You are flexible and able to work under pressure.
- You have good knowledge of French, Luxembourgish, and German; knowledge of English is considered an advantage.
